LiveDeal, Inc., founded in 2003, is a publicly traded company (NASD: LIVE) with an office in Las Vegas, NV. Live deal Inc are experts in search, directories, website creation, marketing, website optimization, and the ever changing array of new small business Internet marketing solutions.

Scope of work

LiveDeal Inc, had thousands of customers who were signed up with them for various services like web marketing, classifieds listing, web optimization and design. There was a new service they launched to optimize Google map listing for all the customers. The idea was to create the map listing and optimize them so they rank on top for specific keywords.

The client also wanted periodic reports on ranking and how well the newly created Google map listings were performing. These results had to be loaded in the internal Sedar system. They wanted all this to be recorded in the Sales Force CRM as they have to track the progress on each account and also to report back to the client.

Challenges

Our work was to quickly put together a plan to create and optimize all Google map listing for their 3000 odd customers. We had a team of dedicated internet marketing specialist allocated to this project, who worked in shifts to complete the work. We had daily conference call with the client to report the progress.

We improved their listing process and created Google map listing which would surface in the results immediately.

The other challenge was to report all the accounts performance back to the client in the required format; we had again dedicated resources to do this. Client had specific dates to send these reports to their customers.

We also optimize the Google map listing to bring them to the first position. We needed to write keyword rich description and the right keywords in the Google map listing interface to be in the top, our internet marketing professionals did a good a job and the client is happy and signing up new customers every day.
